what color hair would you say that I have? And I don閳ユ獩 mean like just plain brown. Is it like a dirty blonde? Or like a dark brown? What type of brown would you call it?

but um, hilary duff`s hair is pretty close to what you have now, just a lot of dark and light blond highlights,

so I would go all the way and do ashley tisdale`s platinum blonde `do!

I think it's an auburn color.

I would not suggest starting to dye your hair at your age hun, your hair from what I can see is a dark blonde, I can tell this by the golden highlights.But If you really are positive you want to color your hair, don't dye it, you have a pretty natural color, now if you want to soften it up a bit, I might suggest that you have some subtle highlights put in, the most natural is the best suited for your age.

The reason I would not suggest that you go too blonde or super light is because lighter colors have a tendency to make you look washed out, I used to dye my hair a light blonde, it made me look like a ghost and then I had to add more color to my face by adding even more makeup,not so good.

I as well started dying my hair, but it wasn't well until my early twenties that I decided to change my color, but once you start dying it, you have to keep up with the roots by getting touch ups.

Another reason not to start dying your hair is that the bleach that the dye contains, depending on if you use a shampoo in color can dry the very essence of your hair, not only will it fry your hair, it can make your hair appear lifeless and dull.

I recently over the past several months decided to go to a darker shade of blonde, and absolutely love it more than my old color which was too light,it adds more color to my face.

PS: another helpful hint, wearing pink eye shadows and lip gloss will soften up any ones look at any age.

By the way I am an ex hairdresser and I would not steer you wrong.
