Bleaching Hair Blonde Question?

My hair is a bit of a carroty colour, with a bit of a blondey brown edge to it.

I want to bleach my hair really light blonde, how much on average would it cost, is there a cheaper alternative, and what about the maintenence, I was thinking of putting some brown in it aswell?

well, there IS a brand you can buy at CVS where it'll make your hair EXTREMELY blonde.

it works great!

i forget the name of the brand, but it was very cheap, very affordable [MUCH cheaper than at a hair dresser, espicially because you do it yourself] and it works GREAT.

just keep an eye out. it slould be called something like "extreme blonde". i think it's by loreal or garnier frutics.

I just had mine bleached today. It was about fourty dollars. You would have to do it every month or two to keep your roots from showing.

Loreal Quick Blue works VERY well, with a 40 volume developer. That is pretty much max power. I would typically advise doing it in stages so your hair doesn't turn literally to an elastic and fall out. But since your hair is pretty light anyway, it shouldn't take that much leave-on time. Quick Blue, you can get a whole tub at Sally's Beauty Supply for only about 10 bucks.

Please don't do it! Your hair is sooo pretty and so unique! Bleaching is a trap that you get stuck in. I have light brown hair and I bleached it and regretted it because it damages it and when you get sick of the color you have to dye it back to your normal color but it never goes back and then you have to wait for this ugly color to grow out. My boss told me that I should never dye until my hair is grey, because then it is all over. But I should enjoy my natural color while I still can. Bleaching is expensive and damaging and annoying. Your roots grow out and then you have to get it done again but sometimes you don't have the time or the money so then you look like trailer trash. I think bleached blonde hair looks trashy anyway, so Anna Nicole. I love your hair, don't change it!

Its about 100 dollars for complete bleach...

It will be about 150 dollars when I get it done tomorrow for I need to get my hair toned cause I have natural red hair and blonde doesn't like me very much.

My hair is blonde bangs and blond highlights on red...

I have really oily hair and I bleach it it doesnt hurt it at all... my hair looks and feels really healty
