Please tell me how to get my hair like this girls? Mine is just a little bit shorter, but how do I get that pretty wavy style without my hair becoming overly fluffy like it loves to do?
Any techniques while blow drying, straightening, etc??

after wash and condition blow dry it out then use a straightner....and try sum spritz.
Then when theres time for bed get those big rollers and splash somemore hair spray. and tye it up with a satin scarf. That easy in just 1 hour or 2

"Pretty wavy style"?! Maybe I am blind but her hair didn't look wavy to me, but more bed head, straight and dirty. If your hair tends to be fluffy try a defrizzing serum to calm it down and don't blow dry it. Blow drying tends to give hair more direction.
