She cut it the right length but it doesnt look the right, like its not

styled the right way, since its the right length what do I do now to make it look like the hair in that photo.

You have to let your hair get the natural side sweep (i think thats what its called) its were ur hair goes to the left or the right.

get some gel or mouse and apply it to towel dried hair- use your fingers or really wide tooth comb to style

part of the reason is because tom has a receding hairline, so his hair naturally does that. just keep it combed over and straightened, you would probably be best to stay away from gel because that just makes it sticky.
