I heard that blue dye is not permanent and if in order to make blue show in my hair, i have to bleach my hair... but i really don't want to damage my hair. So maybe I could first highlight my hair white then put blue over it?

Anyways, does anyone have any suggestions?? Like what brand of dye. what type of blue...

yeah you have to bleach it, but here's an idea... dye your hair black blue! it's black inside, and blue when youre in the sun! i love it and use it alot!

Since blue is lighter than black, you will need to lighten what you want blue. Highlighting is fine since you use bleach to do it. Manic Panic and Fudge have really good colors, but they aren't permanent so you'll have to reapply.

Yes you have to bleach your hair to make it almost white. If it is Yellowish then the blue may come out green. Stay away from the brand Manic Panic because it fades quickly. You want to look into getting the brand called Special FX.

I wouldn't bleach the hair on your own but rather a professional to do it. Get Special FX and ask them if they would use the dye that you have purchased - most of them would.

My friend went to get her hair done like that a few years back and they charged her $80 and they put that crappy Manic Panic in her hair and it faded after a few days. Terrible.

Go to your fav hair salon amd have them do it so you know that its being done right i would go with a dark blue dye
